Project Assist is a coalition to promote tobacco-free lifestyles and prevent exposure to secondhand smoke. Project Assist stands for the American Stop Smoking Intervention Study. Project ASSIST represents the nation’s largest educational effort to prevent and reduce smoking and smokeless tobacco use. The purpose is to prevent deaths and health problems attributable to tobacco use. Workable Wellness is a program that offers practical solutions to help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. The 12-session program works with employees on simple strategies and skills to incorporate healthy habits for a lifetime of good health.
